FIND ME NOW is seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Intern to join our NYC-based fashion brand. This hands-on role offers the perfect opportunity for fashion enthusiasts looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with editorial and casual photoshoot production including prep, on-set support, and post-production organization
• Support styling efforts and help coordinate with models, photographers, and production teams
• Contribute to social media strategy through content organization,  engagement management, and industry research
• Help develop and organize advertising assets
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production materials

Studio Admin:

• Help with day-to-day studio operations and ad hoc tasks
• Assist with sample organization, inventory management, and coordination
• Support the team with studio maintenance and preparation for client visits and photoshoots

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related creative field
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of photography, social media platforms, and digital content creation
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for creative work
• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative eye for fashion styling and visual aesthetics

We're seeking a dynamic Community & PR Coordinator Intern to join our growing team, supporting influencer relationships and social campaigns across all media channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for identifying authentic brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with Find Me Now’s unique brand identities
• Manage social media messages and coordinate expectations with the team on PR, customer service, and brand related opportunities 
• Execute comprehensive influencer outreach strategies and partnership proposals
• Track and document all communications across email and social media platforms to ensure effective creator relationships
• Create and maintain campaign calendars with clear deliverables and deadlines
• Maintain studio calendar with updated schedule and upcoming appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management and influencer relations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and engagement data
• Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges

Weekly Expectations:

• Weekly 1 hr team mtg
• Daily upkeep of the Gifting Master Tracker for any creator status updates
• Noting what stage of communication we are in with creators
• Updated notes tab on creators that have any special circumstances or questions for the PR team
• Sourcing 60+ creators a week for open/upcoming campaigns that align with the brand’s direction
• A weekly overview of standout stars that you sourced that you feel strongly aligned with
• Reviewing the form submissions daily for new responses and helping categorize them into the correct campaign on the Gifting Master Tracker
• Creating creator profiles on Google Contacts with their correct information from the form submission 
• Placing orders on Shopify
• Following through on all shipped orders (ensuring shipping address is correct, product arrives on time, reaching out when order arrives, follow up on posting)
• Creating and sending affiliate link and code upon product arrival
• Monitoring and replying to Instagram DMs for gifted creators posts, customer service inquires, and potential relationships with new creators/brands
• Ensuring all emails to the team account and replied and/or accounted for within 3 days
• Notifying the team of the studio appointments for the week, keeping the space presentable before appts
