CREATIVE MARKETING INTERNSHIP
FIND ME NOW is seeking a creative and passionate Creative Marketing Intern to join our NYC-based fashion brand. This hands-on role offers the perfect opportunity for fashion enthusiasts looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with editorial and casual photoshoot production including prep, on-set support, and post-production organization
- Support styling efforts and help coordinate with models, photographers, and production teams
- Contribute to social media strategy through content organization, engagement management, and industry research
- Help develop and organize advertising assets
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production materials
Studio Admin:
- Help with day-to-day studio operations and ad hoc tasks
- Assist with sample organization
- Support the team with studio maintenance and preparation for client visits and photoshoots
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related creative field
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of photography, social media platforms, and digital content creation
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for creative work
- Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

TECHNICAL DESIGNER
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Technical Designer to join our growing design team at Find Me Now, with a primary focus on tech pack creation, maintenance, and production-ready documentation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating design intent into clear, factory-ready technical files and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative studio environment.Key Responsibilities (Tech Pack–Led Role) Own end-to-end tech pack creation for assigned styles, from initial development through production approval
- Create, update, and maintain accurate, production-ready tech packs including measurements, construction details, grading, BOMs, and callouts
- Revise tech packs promptly based on fit feedback, sample reviews, and cross-functional input
- Clearly document all sample comments, pattern corrections, and construction changes within tech packs
- Ensure all files are organized, version-controlled, and up to date across the season
- Prepare samples for fittings (measuring, steaming, pre-fitting as needed) and support fit sessions
- Identify and communicate corrections related to fit, construction, workmanship, hand feel, and functionality
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with factories and internal teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and on-time development
- Support design and production teams in meeting design intent, quality standards, and margin targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical design with strong tech pack ownership
- Proven ability to create clear, detailed, factory-ready tech packs independently
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patterning, and fit
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (technical flats and callouts required)
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical contexts
- Comfortable managing multiple styles and revisions simultaneously
Weekly Expectations
- Part-time hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week, depending on development needs)
- Ownership of tech pack updates and revisions on assigned styles week to week
- Participation in fittings and key development check-ins as needed
- Location: Long Island City, NY
- Type: Part-Time, In-Person
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible within studio needs)
- Compensation: Competitive market rate, commensurate with experience
