FIND ME NOW is seeking a creative and passionate Creative Marketing Intern to join our NYC-based fashion brand. This hands-on role offers the perfect opportunity for fashion enthusiasts looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with editorial and casual photoshoot production including prep, on-set support, and post-production organization
• Support styling efforts and help coordinate with models, photographers, and production teams
• Contribute to social media strategy through content organization,  engagement management, and industry research
• Help develop and organize advertising assets
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production materials

Studio Admin:

• Help with day-to-day studio operations and ad hoc tasks
• Assist with sample organization
• Support the team with studio maintenance and preparation for client visits and photoshoots

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related creative field
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of photography, social media platforms, and digital content creation
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for creative work

We're seeking a creative and organized Studio Intern to join our team for the SPRING 2026 semester, supporting daily studio operations and creative projects across all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for learning in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web updates
• Assist with daily studio operations including setup, maintenance, and organization of workspace and equipment
• Support creative projects by preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and managing project timelines
• Maintain organized sample tracking system
• Assist with client communications and appointment scheduling while maintaining professional correspondence
• Support photo and video shoots by preparing equipment, organizing props, and assisting with lighting setup
• Provide administrative support including data entry, research, and general office tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college or university program (junior or senior preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Interest in creative industries, photography, or digital media
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Weekly Expectations:

• Weekly 1 hr team meeting and progress check-in
• Daily studio maintenance including equipment checks and workspace organization
• Maintaining updated project calendars and deadline tracking systems
• Processing and organizing daily shoot materials and client deliverables
• Responding to general inquiries via email and phone within 24 hours
• Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
• Maintaining clean and presentable studio space for client visits and creative work

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a creative studio environment while working alongside industry professionals. The ideal candidate will gain practical skills in project management, client relations, and creative production while contributing to meaningful projects and building their professional portfolio.
