What is my order status?
You will receive notifications to your email when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
You can also ask us! Simply email hello@findmenowthelabel.com with your order # & status request.
If you ordered a pre-order item, the delivery date will be available in the product description of the item you purchased.

Your order number will be sent to you in a confirmation email following purchase.
Can't find the order # in your email? Email us at hello@findmenowthelabel.com with your name & email address and we will assist you.
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
We do offer returns & exchanges for unused & unworn eligible items.
All items discounted 1% - 15% are eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
All items discounted 16% - 34% are eligible for exchange or store credit.
All itmes discounted 35% + are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange nor store credit.

Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international returns, however customers are responsible for taxes & duties. Please ensure you understand the specific taxes and duties for the order's destination prior to purchasing.
