Visit our RETURN CENTER to return or exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving your package.

• All items purchased during a flash sale that are discounted at 50% and above from full price are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return, store credit nor exchange.
• All shipping costs related to exchange discounted merchandise should be covered by the customer.
• Expedited outgoing shipping is not refunded if your refund request is accepted.

When returning items to Find Me Now, please ensure that:

• Items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage and with all original tags attached and in original packing and packaging.
• Once you’ve created an RA number, you will need to ensure we receive the item within 10 business days (domestic customers) or 10 business days (international customers) from the date you are in receipt of your Return Label (domestic ) via email. We will be unable to accept returns that are received after this time frame and will be automatically shipped back to the customer.
